Not just the most comfortable golf shoes I've worn, but maybe the most comfortable shoes I've worn period. I've probably played a hundred rounds in these, walking or riding, and they've been great. Apart from the color fading slightly they show no signs of wear. The tread pattern on the bottom somehow completely resists any mud or dirt collecting there. If you need some new golf shoes I highly recommend them.NoneVery comfortable and water proof. Some noise while walking.I gave these shoes 5 stars from the quality feel and the fact that, once I got the right size, they fit like a fine leather glove with the comfort of a couch for my feet. However, I have not worn them for a round of golf as I just received them today. If they, for some odd reason, don't meet my expectations, I will submit a 'downgraded' review. On the negative side, if not armed with crucial size information, you might have to return your first pair as I did.I typically wear a 10.5 in hiking & golf shoes to ensure that I get a large enough toe box - very important for long walks. I ordered the size 10 figuring that they run a bit large per reviews. The 10 felt more like an 11 so I returned them & ordered a size 9 (no 1/2 sizes listed on the Amazon description). I've never worn a 9. Upon receipt of the new ones, I noticed that the tag on the box (see photo) actually read US & UK size is 9-9.5 (not 9). That might explain why the "9" actually fit my size 10.5 feet like a glove as the range in 9-9.5. BTW, my feet are 12" long from heel to the end of my big toe. So, be aware that you can order a full size smaller (maybe even a size & 1/2 as I did) & they should be large enough to fit fine.I have horribly flat feet. I mean, duck paddles flat! Because of this, I am extremely hard on shoes and even the " ", BEST shoes only last a month or two for me. I walk 95% of my rounds and my feet start aching around the 15th hole regardless of the shoe shape, spikes/no spike, and insole.Insert the ECCO Biom Hybrid 3, these shoes have felt great from the very first step. The soft leather wraps my foot like a glove and the insoles give a enough support for comfort but not too much to cause pain on my flat arches.Several of my golf buddies made the leap before I did and raved about these shoes so I had to give them a try and see if they could stand up to the test of my abuse. 3 rounds in and they are still as comfortable as the first round. I like them so much, that I have purchased an additional pair.I know they are pricey, but in this case, they are well worth the cost if you can afford them. Take it from a guy that has tried almost every brand from Sketchers to Foot Joy, these shoes are worth the investment for those with imperfect feet.I recommend going to the size up for these if you wear thick socks. I wear thin socks and my normal size fits perfect for me. However, if I wore a thicker sock, they would be too snug to walk a complete round.I hope this helps. Background: I golf 2-3 times a week and I’m very hard on my equipment. I also have small fiber neuopathy in my feet which can be extremely uncomfortable. I have go through 1-2 pairs of golf shoes per year. Previous to this pair, I had the biom 2 and before that was a pair of foot joys.Pros:1. I have never worn a golf shoe this comfortable in my life. It feels as though it was a custom made shoe for my foot.2. The gortex will keep your feet warm and dry. This is especially important to me since I can tell if my feet are cold or hot with my small fiber neuopathy.3. If you push off of your outside foot like I do with the driver, you find them to being very stable and rigid where they should be. Thank you to whomever put in the R&D to design these shoes.Cons:1. Price. At $200, they are at the high end of what I would pay for shoes.2. It can be difficult to get your size off Amazon and most clubs don’t carry many of these due to the number of shoes they have to order to work with Ecco. I couldn’t get them from my golf club so I ordered them online.Notes: I’m about a 12 if not slightly smaller, but the 12-12.5 fits my feet like a good pair of gloves fit my hands. I’d give it more stars if I could. This is my best golf related purchase of the year.I have looked at the ECCO golf shoe for about a year. Like most people the price kept me from trying or buying. I needed new golf shoes this year. I tried 4 different shoes from various companies. None of the shoes fit very well. Either too big, too small, too narrow or too wide. I had played with some golfers who just raved about the shoes. They were the most comfortable and best golf shoes they had ever owned. Well I decided to try them since I could use the try before you buy with Amazon. I had been told and read online that if you wear an 11.5 go with the 11. I ordered the ECCO Biom Hybrid Gore-tex. I wanted a waterproof shoe and this fit the bill along with they are a good looking shoe. They fit as I was told. You can either wear thick socks or do what I did and put a soft insert in the shoe. Either way these shoes are worth the money. I try to walk as much as possible when playing and these shoes are very comfortable and sturdy. The shoes are worth the extra money. These “used but like new” golf shoes were truly that - like new. Shiny leather, no scuff marks or dings. For the price - such a deal. Thanks Amazon!!!I never have issues with finding shoes to fit. Standard size 9. No elongated or extra toes. After reading how comfy these were I decided to purchase. They look good and are waterproof for sure but I am afraid they are not comfy at all. The problem is the hard stitched line that goes round the heel on the inside. It is a pronounced ridge that simply destroys the skin on your heel. I have had much more comfortable golf shoels for 1/5 of the price. Sorry. Being shoes, returning them will be tricky as I have worn a few times. Quite disappointed. As expected these are well made shoes and I think given time will be really good. However, first time wear I have blisters on both heels. I expected better from an expensive shoe. I will now have to wear them a number of times for short periods to see if they eventually stop rubbing. Not much good for a round of golf as yet, hence the 3 stars.Gotta admit I absolutely love these golf shoes and there's so many colours to choose from. One thing you've gotta do though people is treat them after every use. Buy the cleaner and gore-tex spray as add-ons. If you don't treat them they won't last (Like any leather shoe really). I bought these in July 2018 so they nearly lasted a year. I wear them everyday, because I practice a lot and being a right-hander there's gonna be more wear and tear on the left shoe. Unfortunately part of the sole is coming away on the left shoe so my foot doesn't stay dry, but they are perfect for summer or winter. Best thing about them is the extra-width and the grip on these things helps you mould to the ground. Excellent shoe, but I can't afford to buy a pair every 6 months. CheersAt last finally found a pair of shoes that not only fit well but are so comfortable. These shoes are my 5th pair in the last year I’ve bought, like most people I have one foot bigger than the other so getting a pair of shoes to fit perfectly is difficult. Usually one fits perfect and the other rubs and gives me blisters, due to the shoe being so soft it allows me to tighten enough to stop my foot moving without leaving my foot uncomfortable. And on top of all this they are water proof. Little be expensive but far far worth every penny. My husband always buys ECCO shoes - he finds them a perfect fit. They have plenty of support in them and last a long time. This pair he thought were grey when he ordered them but when they came he felt they were more blue. However he kept them and is wearing them!!
